About Providence Methodist Church
Our History
Providence Methodist Church (a global methodist church) was founded in 2023 by a band of Christians who uphold the authority of Scripture and the rule of Christ in our lives. We are a loving, growing community of faith in the midst of Chickasha OK. Like John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist Movement, our goal is to spread Scriptural holiness throughout the land.
Our Mission
We are Providence Methodist Church, a Global Methodist Church, committed to the Lordship of Christ, the inspiration and authority of Scripture, and the work of the Holy Spirit in conveying God's truth and grace to all people. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly. Our vision is to join God in a journey of bringing new life, reconciliation, and the presence of Christ to all people, and to help each person reflect the character of Christ.
Our Ministries
Our ministries include Sunday School at 9:00am, Sunday Worship at 10:00am, Bible Study at 6:00pm on Tuesdays, and we have a variety of mission projects that are ongoing. We are making a difference for Christ in our community.
